On 1 November 2007, Andre was selected by the Utah Flash in the 7th round of the 2007 National Basketball Association Development League Draft. He stayed with the team until 2022. He was the team's all-time leading scorer with 2,098 points, 608 rebounds, 336 assists, and 184 steals.
